ACCREDITATIONS FOR THE POHODA 2026 FESTIVAL

 

The deadline for submitting your application is June 19, 2026, after this date we can't accept any other applications. You will be informed if the accreditation was granted or not granted as soon as possible after the accreditation has been registered. Organisers stipulate the right to refuse the accreditation due to missed deadline, missing requirements and conditions or in case of exceeded number of applications.

Important notes:

• We require a properly filled accreditation form with the editor in chief confirmation. We need your e-mail and mobile number to be able to inform you about planned interviews, press conferences and photo opportunities during the Festival.
   
• It is necessary to state all requirements for taking pictures, interviews with artists, in case of televisions for recording specific concerts, belated applications will not be accepted.
   
• For daily newspapers, we require four published articles before the festival about Pohoda 2026 and The Cure Extra Day, plus coverage from each day of the festival; we will take into consideration also the coverage of last years Festival.
   
• The accreditation of magazines will be decided according to the published materials from previous years of the Festival; articles published before the Festival about Pohoda 2026 and The Cure Extra Days will also be taken into account.
   
• We require websites to use press releases about Pohoda 2026, which will be published on www.pohodafestival.sk, five original articles before the festival about Pohoda 2026 and The Cure Extra Day and news coverage directly from the festival, a plus for the application is also a banner campaign, the basic visuals can be found on this link (if other sizes are needed, we will deliver on request).
   
• We require radio stations to provide proof of at least four news spots before the Festival covering Pohoda 2026 and The Cure Extra Days, as well as segments from each day of the festival, starting on Wednesday and ending on Sunday. Published reports about Pohoda 2026 and The Cure Extra Days prior to the festival will also be taken into account.
   
• Accreditation to TV stations will be decided according to the coverage of previous years of the Festival. Published reports about Pohoda 2026 and The Cure Extra Days prior to the festival will also be taken into account.
   
• Freelance journalists and photographers must prove their cooperation with print or online media.
   
• We also ask the media to email their coverage to the organizers of the Pohoda Festival at lukas@pohodafestival.sk no later than August 31, 2026, following publication or broadcast. Compliance with this requirement will be an important factor in granting accreditation for future editions of the festival.
